We are all facing uncertain and constantly changing times … however one thing remains the same and that’s Station Taxis! We have closed our booking office at Malton Station however our office staff continue to work remotely.
Our taxis are still running and are available on the rank and by phone for as long as possible.
It goes without saying that the wellbeing of staff and passengers are of paramount importance; health and safety are always our top priority; and we are adhering to Central Government and Public Health England Guidelines.
• Our drivers are fully briefed about the situation
• The cleanliness of our vehicles is and always has been a top priority
• We are here to help our customers whenever possible
• We are adhering to all relevant Central Government and Public Health England Guidelines
• Our drivers are carrying and using hand sanitiser and we have antibacterial wipes to clean surfaces etc.
We ask our customers to try and keep it one person per trip and to sit as far away as possible from the driver.
Please don't travel with us if you have symptoms.
If you are in need, we can get some items from shops and take payment over the phone and leave on your doorstep.
Morrisons in Malton are opening from 7am to 8am Monday to Friday for NHS staff only. We know how hard NHS staff work and how limited their time is, so we will take NHS workers to Morrisons between 7am and 8am Monday to Friday for free for as long as we possibly can. Thanks to all NHS staff from us.
We all know the COVID-19 situation is in a constant state of flux and we sometimes get updates by the hour.
As such we keep our teams fully informed and follow the guidelines to the letter.
We encourage you to download our booking app from this website and pay for your tax by card on there.
